What will I learn?
Here are a few things you’ll learn when training to become a DVSA ADI with All Class Driving Academy:-
You’ll learn how to get your pupil to understand and manage risk, self evaluate their learning through observing & analysis of previous errors and by setting small tasks and assessing said tasks via question and answer techniques and reference materials. You’ll learn systems on how best to correct them. You’ll learn how to read pupils facial expressions, use rear and eye view mirrors, and the best use of question and answer techniques to both assess your pupils knowledge as well as getting the pupil to critically think about risk assessment, risk management and accident avoidance, and to self evaluate their development.
You’ll also learn how to self assess your own tuition delivery and ways how how to get better.
You’ll learn how to manage your working diary and some business marketing strategies.
You’ll learn how to deliver lessons that span the entire DVSA Syllabus with some advanced non DVSA training techniques added in.
You’ll learn the correct wordings for giving directions and instructions, plus the use of vehicle dual controls. (DUAL CONTROLS DO NOT NEED TO BE FITTED TO THE EXAM VEHICLE). This will provide you with all the required skills to successfully pass the Part 3 exam.
TEACHING STYLE
All Class Driving Academy for learners & Advanced Drivers (ACDAL)uses the latest teaching and coaching techniques which are adapted and regularly updated to suit the individual learner. This includes initial, formative and summative assessment techniques throughout the learning process to achieve a positive end result. This will take into account your ability, requirements and tuition needs.
Each coaching session will start with a recap so that explicit learning outcomes can be set. The session will be developed at a speed that suits the pupil and ensuring that skill sets are installed and progress is made.
At All Class Driving Academy for learners and Advanced Drivers we not only teach people to drive, but also offer development coaching for those who want to enhance or update their driving skills.
